Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the GlintCRM Chrome extension and service, provided by GlintCRM ("we"). By using GlintCRM, you agree to them.
1. The service
GlintCRM adds CRM features to Gmail. It requires a Google account, and you must give the Gmail permissions described in our privacy policy.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use GlintCRM to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, to break Gmail's or Google's terms or any law (including anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR), or to disrupt or probe the service. We may pause sending or suspend accounts that do.

4. Plans and billing
Paid plans are sold and billed through Freemius, which acts as merchant of record. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

5. Your data
You own the data you put into GlintCRM. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. See the privacy policy.
6. AI features
AI output can be wrong. Review drafts and suggestions before you act on them or send them.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Changes to Gmail may break features temporarily. We may change or discontinue features.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
